The blueberry berries they have the same properties as the leaves, but are only available in summer. In addition the berries they also have antioxidant properties, improve the elasticity of capillaries and are indicated for circulatory disorders (for this reason they are not recommended for those who use anticoagulant drugs). They also improve eyesight. The berries they are best consumed eaten as they are or processed into blueberry juice. For rinsing and gargle they are excellent against canker sores and gingivitis.
Infusion and decoction of blueberry leaves. Put a handful of fresh or dried leaves in a liter of water and follow the normal preparation (read here). You can consume 2 to 3 cups a day.
Blueberry berry tea. It is prepared with 4 handfuls of fresh berries for 1 liter of water. 2 to 3 cups a day.
